Timeless Fence System – the #1 Choice for Electric Fencing
If you’ve ever had an electric fence with insulators, you know how you will frequently have to walk your fence and replace broken and cracked insulators and how troublesome and time consuming it can be. You have better things to do. The reason I chose to provide the Timeless Fence System is because it makes all that a thing of the past. Now, for the first time, electric fencing can be trouble free!
The Timeless Fence System rigid PVC fence posts take electric fencing to a new level because they are self-insulating, have a UV protective coating with a 20 year warranty, and best of all they won’t rust or rot.
So if there ever was a product made to stand up in the wet Hawaii climate, this is it!
Installation is easy: if you have dirt, simply pound them in with a post driver – takes about 30 seconds. If you have rocky soil, then drill 1.5″ pilot hole with a rotary hammer drill then pound in the post.
This video show how to install a Timeless Fence System T post in soft soil – because the most common question I get is “how do you put these posts in without breaking them?” So in these two videos I show you how it’s done.
This video shows how to install a Timeless Fence System T post in rocky soil

Come see my display Sundays 8-2 pm at the Maku’u farmer’s market, or call to make an appointment to see my 10 acre demonstration fence in Mt. View so you can see exactly what types of fences can be constructed before you buy. We have examples of one, two, three wire cross fencing and our 4 wire perimeter fence. Also one poly wire temporary fence for rotational grazing. See how our electric fence contains our cows and sheep.
The most common question I get from people is “How much will it cost to fence my farm?” A question which is impossible to answer without more information or seeing your farm and doing an estimate. For instance: how tall of a fence do you need? How many wires? How far apart? What type of animal are you trying to keep in or out? How many corners? How many gates? Is it flat and will require fewer posts or hilly? I s the soil dirt which makes putting in posts much faster, or will it take more time to drill pilot holes through rock? You get the picture. All in all though, a very rough estimate would be $1 to $2 per foot of fence.
This type of fencing is known as “High Tensile Electric Fencing” (look it up online if you don’t know what High Tensile fencing is). I would like to point out that this is not some sort of flimsy electric fencing. The 12.5 gauge high tensile wire has a breaking strength of about 1500 lb. – that’s per strand! High tensile wire fencing is the most significant improvement in farm fencing sine the introduction of barbed wire in 1874. Although relatively new to the USA, it has been used to control cattle and sheep on the vast ranches of Australia and New Zealand for 50 years.
High tensile fencing is truly “Horse high, hog tight & bull strong” not to mention how easy it is on the consumer’s pocketbook. It is truly the fence of tomorrow that is available to the U.S. farmer and rancher TODAY!
